Registration

A non-refundable registration fee of £50.00 is required to secure a nursery place for a single child and £75.00 for 4 plus days and multiple children. If your secured start date is deferred for more than 3 months, we will require a secondary non-refundable registration fee as above, and only 1 deferral is permitted before cancellation of the place. If you wish to alter or cancel your nursery sessions, A minimum of four weeks' notice will apply.

Fee Structure

All fees must be paid in advance CASH or BACS payments, 1st of each month All absences will be charged at the normal rate The nursery will close on bank holidays and one week at Christmas, no fees will apply. Fees are reviewed and increased in January and periodically in July
Under 2 years	Babysuite
	8:15am - 1:15pm £7.95 per/hr	1:00pm - 6:00pm £7.95 per/hr
	8.15am to 6.00pm £7.50 per/hr
	During funded sessions there is an compulsory additonal charge of £6.50 for snacks, drinks, meals and nappies per session.

2 - 3 years	Toddler Group
	8:15am - 1:15pm £7.65 per/hr	1:00pm - 6:00pm £7.65 per/hr
	8.15am to 6.00pm £6.50 per/hr
	During funded sessions there is an compulsory additonal charge of £6.50 for snacks, drinks, meals and nappies or £4.50 if dry and out of nappies per session.

3 - 5 years	Pre-School Fees (per hour)
	£7.70 per hour. During funded sessions there is an compulsory additonal charge of £4.50 for snacks, drinks and meals per session.

Any additional hours are through prior arrangement only and charged at the hourly rate of each group.

Late Payments are charged at £3.00 per day.

Earlybird breakfast club 8:00 - 8:15 am, please ask for more details.

Funding

All children age 3 or above are entitled to receive 15 hours Government Nursery Funding for 38 weeks per year, this is claimed via the nursery following the term after the child's 3rd birthday.

We accept the additional 15 hours (up to 30 hours) for children age 3 and above. This is then streached over the full year and not term time. We also accept funding for 9 months and 2 year old children. A code must be given to the setting prior to that terms funding being recieved.

We do not offer the 30 hours funding in a term time capacity it is spread over 50 weeks. Any additional hours outside of the funded hours are charged at the normal nursery rate.
